My name is jules leslie salem webb (she/they). I’ve identified as a Christian Anarchist since roughly 2017. Since then, a lot has changed. This is the home for downloadable content in my trans anarchist theology project XI@N†!FⒶ.
It's also where I've moved all my other work as of late, which I used to host on Wix before I learned that Wix supports the Zionist colonialism of the state of Israel. I self-published some of these works under the names Open Eyes Comics and 25CQ (25th Century Quarterly). 25CQ is no longer a name I use, but I still table at cons and other events as Open Eyes Comics.
I’ll feature zines, comics, and essays and comics essays about the mess of what I’m learning, standing on, and doing in the world. I fancy myself an artist, which is key to how I understand all of this- I’m concerned with stories, expression, and layers of meaning, and I believe humans are created to create creatively. Doctrine can be great, but if you are looking for writing that adheres to the strictures of the “Biblical”, you’ve come to the wrong place.
I started this in undergrad, so I’ll change my mind, I’ll ask hard questions, and I’ll be open to feedback and collaboration. I know I don’t have all the answers, and despite my tolerance for mystery, I love exploring and creating. Hopefully your experience reading this blog is a blessing, and that I can offer both a challenge and inspiration.
